A group of talented individuals have come together and formed theTime Management Society. They made a decision to enhance the productivity of the individuals by paying them for their accomplishments. Their strategy was not liked by everyone, but they persisted. The history of the program isn't too clear, but there are evidences which support its own effect. By way of instance, the history of the Industrial Revolution in 1830 to 1847, shows a tremendous increase in the growth of the workers and a rise in the price of these goods. Also, the rise in the work force throughout the Second World War is just another proof of the function of this strategy. Every one of these cases prove that employers have profited from pay-for-achievement programs, especially those who were started during the Second World War. In other words, the strategy is working. Employees working for high tech companies have their jobs simplified and the firms also have lower prices. These workers do their jobs well and are highly appreciated. They help to boost the standard of work and also the efficiency of the company. There is not any doubt that there are situations that can be reduced or modified, but the level of productivity in all companies has been improved to some extent with the support of the plan. And all these advantages can be credited to the strategy.
